ADDITIONAL AWARD

Following the arbitrator’s award dated November 11, 2008, the Union representative requests clarification concerning the length of the grievor’s suspension and the date of his eligibility for an unreduced pension, in accordance with the arbitrator’s primary intention.

To clarify, based on the information provided by the Company, the arbitrator declares and orders that Mr. Duhaime’s suspension last until September 30, 2015, on which date he will be eligible to receive his unreduced pension, still on the condition that he retire at that time.

I will remain abreast of this grievance.
