Having reviewed the material filed the Arbitrator is satisfied that in the circumstances of this case, given the language of the collective agreement, the Union's claim is well-founded. The grievor shall therefore be compensated for thirty-four hours at straight time. I continue to remain seized of the matter in the event of any further dispute between the parties.
