DISPUTE:

The suspension of Mr. Luc Corbeil.

EX PARTE STATEMENT OF ISSUE:

On April 9, 1997 Mr. Luc Corbeil was suspended.

The Union considers that the Company violated articles 27.1, 27.2(b) and 27.3(a).

The Union filed a grievance requesting the reinstatement of Mr. Corbeil with full compensation for wages and benefits.

The Company declined the grievance.
