CANADIAN RAILWAY OFFICE OF ARBITRATION SUPPLEMENTARY AWARD TO concerning CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAY COMPANY and UNITED TRANSPORTATION UNION
SUPPLEMENTARY AWARD OF THE ARBITRATOR By letter dated September 2, 2004, the Company's Senior Vice-President, Western Canada Region seeks clarification of the award herein. Specifically, he asks whether the grievor is to be compensated during the initial period of re-orientation directed by the Arbitrator, for not less than fifteen full tours of duty. For the purposes of clarity, it is the intention of the award that the grievor be compensated at normal rates of pay for all tours of duty served in the re-orientation period. | |
