SUPPLEMENTARY  AWARD

In the original award in this grievance the Arbitrator erroneously stated that the estate of Mr. Boychuk had received insurance funds in the amount of $110,000.  The unchallenged information now available to the Office confirms that in fact the amount in question was properly paid directly to the beneficiary of the insurance policy, Ms. Tena Driol. The estate did not receive the funds in question and, it would appear, had no entitlement to do so.
