Under the terms of an agreement entered into on June 11, 1996 pertaining to the establishment of new skilled trades definitions and lines of demarcation I am seized, as a single arbitrator, to adjudicate disputes that may arise thereunder. A number of such disputes were submitted to me at a hearing convened in Vancouver B.C. on August 12, 1997.
The parties entered into a number of agreements at the hearing on August 12, 1997, as follows:
1. The parties agreed to register all of the company's apprentices in each province with the appropriate provincial authority in the two week period commencing August 13, 1997.
2. The parties agreed to attempt to jointly resolve any difficulties that might be encountered in the registration of these apprentices with any of the various provincial authorities.
3. The parties agreed that either one of them could seek arbitration within 60 days with respect to any issue arising in connection with practical training or with respect to any of the other issues identified at the hearing on August 12, 1997.

We hereby record these agreements, direct compliance therewith and remain seized to adjudicate upon any issue referred to us that is not resolved between the parties.
