4283	Dispute between CNR and TCRC concerning Mr. D. Ogden and the denial of payment for twenty-five minute travel allowance for CN engineers deadheading to or from the terminal of Belleville by passenger train and the alleged discontinuance of such payment.
4284	Dispute between CNR and TCRC concerning the signed agreement on January 11, 2013 for the closure of the Niagara Falls terminal and agreed to have all of the assignments at Niagara Falls re-bulletined to Port Robinson. Further, the alleged violation of Articles 47.9, 56, 79, 85, 85.5, of the 4.16 Collective Agreement and the Unions request for remedy under the provisions of Addendum 123.
4285	Dispute between CNR and TCRC concerning the discharge of G. Drew for failing violation of CROR Rule 439 while working at Seagram on the Caramat Sub while working as the Conductor on July 20, 2013.
4286	Dispute between CPR and TCRC concerning the closure of Locomotive Engineer Mr. B´s employment file for failure to provide medical information to OHS to support his absence beyond November 7, 2011, and had failed to cooperate with and appear at scheduled investigations, most recently on February 23, 2012.
4287	Dispute between CPR and TCRC concerning the discharge of K. Grimsdale for conduct unbecoming as demonstrated by your abruptly hanging up on two Company Officers, and for the deliberate and intentional delay to train 491-27 on March 1, 2013.
4288	Dispute between CPR and TCRC concerning the discharge of Locomotive Engineer D. Lee on September 19, 2012 for conduct unbecoming as evidenced by his refusal to provide relevant information regarding positive substance test results, following a Cardinal Rule Violation.
4289	Dispute between CPR and TCRC-MWED concerning the dismissal of J. Dacosta for conduct unbecoming a Canadian Pacific employee as evidenced by his being charged for the possession of drugs for the purposes of trafficking.
