4372	Litige entre CNR et M.U.A.-Local 2004 concernant M. Boehmé, a été mis hors service par la compagnie. Le 7 mai 2014 la compagnie décida de congédier M. Boehmé pour avoir réclamé et avoir payé des dépenses de kilométrage et indemnités globales auxquelles il n’avait pas droits entre le 1^er novembre 2013 et le 10 avril 2014.
