Dispute between ONTC and TCRC concerning the dismissal of D.S. for alleged misconduct during the investigation process that followed. While reversing off of platform 13 at the Yorkdale GO Transit, they hit a cement pole with the rear driver’s corner of the coach.  Approximately $30,000 in damage was caused to the coach as a result of the impact. They failed to remain at the scene of the accident and failed to report the collision. (COUNSEL)

Dispute between CPKCR and MWED concerning post incident substance testing of Mr. B and Mr. P.  At approximately 0800 on April 26, 2019, Machine Operator B. reversed the south back track switch Medonte and broadcast the switch position, which was acknowledged by Foreman P. Machine Operator B. travelled into the back track, derailing the switch tamper over the applied south end derail. (COUNSEL)

At approximately 0630 on January 4, 2022, the garage door at the Edmonton Tool House was detailed from the running tracks requiring repair as a result of a piece of rail protruding off the back of a parked BTMF truck when the garage door was closed. Following the incident, Foreman R. P. was requested to participate in a substance test. R. P. underwent the substance testing with a negative result. (COUNSEL)
