5. 4379	Dispute between CNR and UNIFOR concerning the discharge of Mr. Weston for violation of CN’s Policy to Prevent Workplace Alcohol and Drug problems as a result of his refusal to participate in post-accident/incident drug and alcohol testing on April 4, 2014.
6. 4380	Dispute between CPR and TCRC-CTY-W concerning the discharge of J. Rousseau for failure to ensure that a proper job briefing was conducted, and for failure to ensure that the point of the movement was properly protected before instructing the LE to shove westward, resulting in his movement shoving out the west end track 6A and causing a collision, thus derailing 2 cars and causing damage to 5 other cars.
