·      December 24, 2013 claim for not being allowed to return to safety sensitive position until such time as he was cleared by OHS.

·      July 22, 2014 discharge for failure to adhere with the terms and conditions set forth in the Employment Contract dated June 17, 2013 as evidenced by the positive test results conducted.
