5. 4255	Dispute between CNR and TCRC concerning Conductor C. Sibley for the assessment of 20 demerits on March 8, 2013 for failure to comply with CROR 115 resulting in the derailment of 512 and subsequent discharge for accumulation.
6. 4256	Dispute between CNR and TCRC concerning the Company’s requirement to have Traffic Coordinator F. Moore undergo drug testing due to an incident occurring in the Yard on January 30, 2010.

8. 4258	Dispute between CPR and TCRC concerning Conductor N. Olynyk and her discharge on January 21, 2013 for conduct unbecoming for failure to complete your assigned duties in an productive and expeditious manner resulting in unnecessary and excessive delays to the operation including assignments.
9. 4259	Dispute between CPR and TCRC concerning a grievance advanced by the Union in response to the Company’s practice of calling ad-hoc Road Switchers and relief of Road Switchers contrary to the Collective Agreement.
10. 4260	Dispute between CNTL and UNIFOR concerning the discharge of Owner Operator G. Brar for alleged serious act of misconduct or gross violation, the Standard Contract between this Contractor and CNTL was terminated effective April 9, 2013.
