4768	Dispute between CNR and UNIFOR concerning B.K. and the assessment of 30 demerits and discharge for the accumulation of demerits, for failure to perform a proper walk around of a locomotive before it was pushed into the wash bay, resulting in damage to the wash bay door on November 22, 2019.
